  2. License for use and distribution

  4. The Pirem CD Cataloguer is distributed as try-before-you-buy. This means:

  6. 1. All copyrights to Pirem CD Cataloguer are exclusively owned by the 
  7.    author - Pirem Software. 
  8.  
  9. 2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days.
  10.    Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue
  11.    to use Pirem CD Cataloguer, you MUST register.
  12.  
  13. 3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use 
  14.    Pirem CD Cataloguer on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal 
  15.    purpose, at a time. The registered Pirem CD Cataloguer software may not 
  16.    be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person 
  17.    receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an update, 
  18.    the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

  20. 4. The Pirem CD Cataloguer unregistered trial version, may be freely 
  21.    distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package
  22.    is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution
  23.    of Pirem CD Cataloguer without written permission from the copyright holder.

  25.    The Pirem CD Cataloguer unregistered trial version may not be bundled or 
  26.    distributed with any other package without written permission of the 
  27.    copyright holder.

  29. 5. Pirem CD Cataloguer is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is 
  30.    expressed or implied. You use at your own risk. The author will not be 
  31.    liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss

  35.    disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, 
  36.    or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this

  38.    automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or 
  39.    civil prosecution.
